Prerequisites:

 Knowledge of basic security and management concepts

  • Fundamental knowledge of networking principles
  • Competence navigating Linux-based operating systems with a focus on Kali Linux or Parrot
  • Proficiency in working with virtual machines
  • Basic understanding of dictionary attacks and brute force attacks in cybersecurity
Skills Training Description: Explore ethical hacking in our specialized course focused on WPA2 password cracking. Tailored for cybersecurity enthusiasts, this hands-on program immerses participants in mastering Linux-based operating systems and essential tools like Kali Linux and Parrot OS. The course spotlights ethical hacking techniques for WPA2-secured Wi-Fi networks, fostering proficiency in executing scenarios with tools like Wi-Fi Pineapple and Hashcat. Highlights include navigating legal and ethical considerations, equipping participants with skills for ethically cracking WPA2 passwords and securing wireless networks responsibly.
Instructor Bio:
Joshua Meza is a cybersecurity professional with a Bachelor of Applied Technology in Cyber Security, having recently graduated in December 2023. His expertise encompasses Penetration Testing, Vulnerability Analysis, and Incident Response. As a Cybersecurity Instructor at ISSA, Joshua showcases leadership by developing impactful awareness material and conducting instructive sessions. His commitment to continuous learning and hands-on projects demonstrate a passion for innovation and practical problem-solving in the cybersecurity landscape.
